This document is published to provide transparency on the use of personal data (direct and inferred), when using the ISMOJO website/platform/services, of the user (student and/or the parent).

c. Analyzed data from participation in psychometric assessment/s, surveys, feedback forms, etc.

d. Details from respective Google/Facebook/other social media accounts due to user’s participation ('like', 'share', etc.) and/or log-ins from such accounts

a. Operate and manage our website, diagnose problems, etc.

b. Understanding trends, interests, and preferences to improve our products, features, and benefits, and provide a better user experience

c. Manage your account with us, assess our relationship with you and ways to enrich and enhance the same

d. Send tailored communication, offers and promotions, etc. either of our own or of any third-party partners

e. Notify you about upcoming events and send you calendar invites to block in your diary

f. Detect and prevent fraud or misuse of our website and services

3. Storage and sharing of information

a. Your data is stored securely and hosted on reputed third-party servers (cloud providers) in UAE/India.

b. We maintain the highest standards of data security via physical, technical, and administrative safeguards.

c. Access to data is limited to responsible employees on a need-to-know basis, only to provide our committed services and benefits.

d. In case a third-party is required to access the data for administrative purposes, we sign contracts covering data security and confidentiality.

e. Our employees and partners understand the importance of data confidentiality and security. We maintain provision for disciplinary measures in case of any breach or mishandling of data.

f. We do not share personal data with any third-party, except if required to administer a committed service through a third party (contractor, sub-contractor), or if required by law. In cases where a service needs to be administered by a third party partnering with us, we only share the part that is necessary to be able to fulfill the service effectively.

a. We reserve the right to change the Privacy Policy and associated terms and conditions at any time. We will strive to provide an advance notification to the user on a best-effort basis. The latest version of the Privacy Policy will always be available on the ISMOJO website.

a. The user consents to the collection and use of data by ISMOJO for the above-stated purposes and terms and conditions applicable for the use of the ISMOJO platform.

b. The user also consents to ISMOJO for the collection of data through publicly available information.

c. The user has the right to withdraw the rights to use their data at any time. Using this right may, however, mean that ISMOJO may not be able to service or provide access to any or all of the services, products, benefits, etc.
